Sameer Satchu (Sam Vox) is a visual storyteller specialising in portrait, editorial and documentary photography. Based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, Sam graduated from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology with a B.A in Professional Communications and proceeded to Cape Town School of Photography. Sam often spends months in the field traveling across Tanzania documenting environmental, social and cultural issues. Sam has collaborated on photographic projects with The Guardian, Water Aid, ONE campaign and others. His work has been exhibited in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Fes, Istanbul, Delhi and Breda.
