Jerome De Henau

Dr Jerome De Henau is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the Open University, UK. He received his PhD in Economics and Management from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2006. His current research interests centre on gender and social inequalities and their implications for economic and social policy. He has been involved in various research projects analysing the impact of social and fiscal policies on gender and intra-household inequalities from a cross-country comparative perspective. He has recently been leading the ITUC project on the employment effects of investing in the care economy, with the Women’s Budget Group think tank, of which he is a Director.
